Without using cohesive agents, this system simply uses SA filter for cohesion and filtering to remove particles, bacteria, emulsion mixed oil particles and heavy metal ions.

Overview

The 21st century is called as the age of global environment. Accordingly, the release of factory waste water has already been regarded as illegal.

If particles, bacteria, emulsion mixed oil, heavy metal ions are removed from factory waste water, it can be reused. However, one of the reasons why it has not been reused is because of the high cost of using a net filter fine enough to remove 0.1 particles. The initial and intermediate cost has made its implementation impossible.

Also, a large precipitation tank was needed for the injection of large amount of cohesive agents and the long time of cohesion and precipitation to remove heavy metal ions.

Furthermore, due to the injection of large amount of cohesive agents, the quantity of organic substances contained in waste water has increased and, consequently, it has become difficult to reuse the processed wasted water as pure water.

Functions

The cylinder type filter is filled with special adsorbents whose main constituent is magnesium hydroxide. Being in the waste water of the pH range lower than point of zero electric charge, the surface of special adsorbents is charged with electricity. The charged tiny oil particles of OH are attached to the surface of special adsorbents and they are cohered and filtered without using cohesive agents. The heavy metal ions in the waste water are coupled with OH released in it to become flocks(a precipitate which has a shape of cotton) which are cohered to remove heavy metal ions.
