As for scraping oil skimmer, motor rotation makes chan move and then scraper on the chain scrapes rising oil, scum and solid fluid floating matters off and put them in oil tank.

As followed figure, in square tank, it makes use of chain. In round tank, chain and scraper rotate in the center of tank to move the floating matters. Scraping type scrapes the whole surface, so that not only great quantity of floating matters but also the all kinds of floating matters can be removed by one effort.

Therefore it is mainly used in waste disposal plant to removed by the scum of pressing rise tank and the oil in API pit.

Usage

- It is used for a place which has high viscosity and a large number of oil particles.

- The oil particles floated on the water surface by the motor operation are scratched out by the scraper attached to the chain.
