Removal of Oil Particles in the Waste Water Treatment Facility

Standard Type: Oil particles are removed at a slow speed of the motor (10~15RPM)

Special Type: Oil particles are removed at a slow or high speed of the motor (0~30RPM) adjusting to the quantity of oil particles and operation time required in the facility.

Usage

- Belt Oil Skimmer is used to remove the floated oil particles from the oily waste water.

- Special non-woven fabric belt is installed vertically at the water surface of oil particle flotation.

Oil particles are attached to the motor operated belt and conveyed to the top side for

re-separation processing.

- It is used mainly for a place with a fluctuating water level or a separation tank with a narrow width.
