PRINCIPLE of REMOVING OIL / WATER / SLUDGE

CPI system (Corrugated Plate Interceptor) is an improvement of PPI system. CPI system separates oil, water and sludge by means of the dissimilitude of specific gravity. Slanting 45?, lot of stainless corrugated parallel plates are lined to in separating tank. The oil in oil-water mixture rises along the convex parts against the flow of water and the sludge descends along the concave parts to the bottom of separating tank. The oil which raised to the surface is removed by regulatable pipe oil skimmer. The water separated from oil and sludge flows into filter rank. In filter tank, oil absorbent completely clears the oil in the mixture which has similar specific gravity to water.

Performance

-It can clear off oil-content 10,000ppm to about to 10ppm (not having filter tank, it can clear off about to 20ppm)

-It can treat the mixture of which temperature is 0~ 200, Ph 3~12.

-The oil which raised on the surface can be removed by pipe oil skimmer automatically or manually.

- After oily water separator, oil absorbent in filter tank clears the oil which has similar specific gravity to water because it is stained with sludge.
